Marché en vue de la conclusion d'un contrat de promotion immobilière pour la construction de 40 logements collectifs dont 25 logements intermédiaires et 15 logements libres dans le cadre de l'opération "Val des Ruisseaux"- Mamoudzou (97600) La présente consultation a pour objet la sélection d’un opérateur économique avec lequel la SIM conclura un contrat de promotion immobilière en vue d’assurer la conception, la réalisation et la livraison de l’opération dites « Val des Ruisseaux », qui consiste à construire 40 logements collectifs dont 25 logements intermédiaires et 15 logements libres 40 parkings sur un terrain situé au lieu-dit « Rivière des Manguiers », appartenant à la SIM à Mamoudzou, cadastré BV 23. Le contrat de promotion immobilière est un contrat régi par les dispositions des articles L. 221-1 et suivants du Code de la construction et de l’habitation (CCH), et plus spécifiquement des articles R. 222-1 à R. 222-14 de ce code s’agissant des contrats de promotion immobilière ayant pour objet la réalisation d’immeubles à usage d’habitation ou à usage professionnel et d’habitation. Ce contrat s’analyse comme un marché public de travaux au sens de l’article L. 1111-2 du Code de la commande publique.
