Description

La décision de reconstruction du barrage de Meaux (77) a été validée le 19 août 2003 par VOIES NAVIGABLES DE FRANCE (VNF), avec une solution de construction d’un ouvrage neuf à vannes clapets automatisées à l’aval immédiat de l’ouvrage existant. Un marché de travaux a été notifié en 2020, et de premiers travaux ont commencé à l’été 2020. Des travaux ont été réalisés dans le cadre de ce marché, en conformité avec l’arrêté du 14 avril 2020 (2020/DRIEE/SPE/016), notamment l’aménagement de la passe à poissons toutes espèces dans le canal de Cornillon. Ce marché de travaux a été résilié par décision du MOA en date du 3 septembre 2024. L’objet du présent marché est la conception-réalisation du barrage de Meaux, VNF prévoyant l’attribution du marché de conception-réalisation suite à une procédure de dialogue compétitif qui se déroulerait à la suite d’une phase préalable de sélection de candidats. Dans ce cadre, la durée estimée du marché est de 5 ans et l’estimation du marché est de 50 000 000 € HT en valeur 2025.
