L’objectif du projet est d’augmenter la capacité de maintenance, de logistique et nettoyage des rames par le déploiement des installations fixes : traitement des WC, remplissage en sable et huile, mise aux normes de la potabilité en eau, sur les 3 voies appartenant à SNCF Voyageurs. Les travaux projettent la possibilité aussi d’intégrer de nouvelles opérations comme le remplacement des blocs de climatisation du TGV-M et TGV 2N. L’adaptation envisagée du site nécessite d’agrandir le bâtiment existant pour stockage des blocs de climatisation, ainsi que le local technique de vidange WC. L’ensemble des informations relatives à la phase candidature est à retrouver dans le Règlement Externe de Consultation. Il s’agit notamment des documents et renseignement à fournir (exemples : DC1, DC2, Capacités Economiques et Financières, Capacités Techniques et Professionnelles, …).
