Passation d'un marché global sectoriel au sens de l'article L.2171-5 du Code de la commande publique pour la réalisation de l'opération construction du Pavillon 8C Oncologie. La présente consultation ne fait pas l'objet d'une décomposition en lots, dès lors qu'elle porte sur un marché global sectoriel passé en dérogation au principe d'allotissement conformément à l'article L2171-1 du code de la commande publique. Le prix n'est pas le seul critère d'attribution et tous les critères sont énoncés uniquement dans les documents de consultation. Le déroulement, les modalités d'organisation ainsi que le calendrier de la Procédure avec négociation sont décrites au Règlement de consultation.Une prime d'un montant maximal de 40 000 euro(s) HT sera accordé aux opérateurs ayant remis une offre initiale, ou en cas de négociations, une offre finale conforme au Règlement de consultation
