Création d’un ATELIER DE MAINTENANCE comprenant une zone tertiaire (zone de vie et bureau), un atelier bogie, un ATELIER VERIN en FOSSE, un parc de stockage d’essieux ainsi que des voies et entrevoies pour la maintenance des TGV. Les documents joints (DCE et pièces marchés) sont transmis à titre indicatif. Le candidat ne doit pas transmettre d'offre à ce stade de la consultation.
