La présente consultation tend à permettre la conclusion d'une concession d'aménagement relevant des dispositions des articles L.300-4 et suivants et R.300-4 à R.300-9 du code de l'urbanisme, et portant transfert d'une part significative du risque économique sur le concessionnaire désigné, pour la réalisation d'une opération d'aménagement dans le cadre de la Zone d'Aménagement Concertée (ZAC) de Nieux. La ZAC de Nieux est une opération d'aménagement à vocation principale résidentielle localisée au lieudit « Les Nieux », chemin d'Aymes, sur l'un des derniers grands sites restant à urbaniser
