Description

La consultation a pour objet de définir les exigences fonctionnelles et techniques relatives à la mise en oeuvre de logiciels métiers répartis en deux lots. Le premier sera dédié à la création de tournées et au suivi de collecte. Un second lot comprendra la gestion et le suivi des contenants, des usagers et des lieux de production, ainsi que la facturation des professionnels. La solution retenue doit permettre de retrouver facilement un producteur de déchets, de lui associer un certain nombre de contenants, pour permettre une facturation ensuite. Le but de cette démarche est de revoir l'intégralité de nos outils métiers d'un point de vue fonctionnel et interopérable. Le territoire étant très attractif, il convient d'assurer un service de qualité autour de la dotation des contenants, du suivi et de l'optimisation des itinéraires de collecte, mais aussi de la gestion de la facturation. En effet, il est attendu une augmentation significative du nombre de redevables. Les différentes solutions impliquées dans ce marché doivent donc pouvoir communiquer entre elles afin de faciliter le traitement et le croisement des données par des échanges de flux robustes. L'acquisition d'outils performants et intuitifs contribuera à l'optimisation des pratiques des acteurs du service et à l'amélioration de l'efficacité globale de la direction Voir le CCTP pour la description du lot
