Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande et à la conclusion de marchés subséquents, pour des besoins ne figurant pas dans le bordereau des prix unitaires (BPU) de l'accord-cadre. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Lot 1 est conclu sans minimum et avec un montant maximum de 450 000 euro(s) HT pour toute sa durée. Lot 2 est conclu sans minimum et avec un montant maximum de 120 000 euro(s) HT pour toute sa durée. L'accord Cadre est conclu pour une durée ferme de 48 mois à compter du 1er août 2026 ou de sa date de notification si postérieure Lot 1 - Services de réception (prestations pour manifestations de moyenne à grande envergure) Ce lot concerne la prise en charge de prestations destinées à des manifestations rassemblant plus de 100 participants et/ou présentant une envergure nécessitant une organisation renforcée. Il inclut l'ensemble des événements demandant une logistique structurée, une capacité de production élevée et une organisation adaptée à un volume important de convives; Lot 2 - Fêtes et cérémonies (prestations pour manifestations de petite envergure) Ce lot couvre les prestations destinées à des événements réunissant moins de 100 participants. Il s'applique aux interventions de format réduit ne nécessitant pas de dispositif logistique conséquent. Par exception, seules les prestations réalisées dans le cadre des cafés d'accueil et des plateaux repas peuvent atteindre un nombre de participants supérieur à 100
