Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet de confier à un prestataire l'exécution de services publics de transport à la demande (TAD), de porte à porte et sur réservation, sur le seul territoire du Grand Cubzaguais Communauté de Communes (16 communes) et vers certaines destinations extérieures définies au CCTP. La Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine demeure Autorité Organisatrice de la Mobilité et conserve la gestion de l'outil régional de réservation et de planification (Cityway), tandis que le Grand Cubzaguais Communauté de Communes assure la gestion du service sur son territoire, conformément aux dispositions du Code des transports et de la convention de délégation de compétence
