Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le marché a pour objet de confier à un prestataire spécialisé : - L'organisation et la mise en oeuvre de visites médiatisées ordonnées dans le cadre administratif ou judiciaire de la protection de l'enfance ; - L'accompagnement éducatif des rencontres entre l'enfant et son (ou ses) parent(s) ou tiers autorisé(s) ; - La mise à disposition de professionnels qualifiés (travailleurs sociaux, éducateurs spécialisés, psychologues le cas échéant) ; - La rédaction de comptes rendus circonstanciés ; - La participation aux réunions de coordination ; - L'alerte immédiate en cas de difficulté majeure ou d'élément préoccupant. Les prestations s'inscrivent dans le respect du cadre légal applicable à la protection de l'enfance et aux droits de visite médiatisés. Accord cadre conclu pour une période initiale d'un an reconductible 3 fois - Montant maximum annuel : 350 000 euro(s) HT
