La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 à 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande et à la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Cet Accord cadre multi-attributaires (3 par lot sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant) mixte donnant lieu à l'émission de bons de commande et marchés subséquents pour les missions de Contrôle technique, liées aux opérations de travaux pour Cenon.; Cet Accord cadre multi-attributaires (3 par lot sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant) mixte donnant lieu à l'émission de bons de commande et marchés subséquents pour les missions de Coordonnateur SPS, liées aux opérations de travaux pour Cenon.
