Les prestations objet de la part ferme, d'une durée de 36 mois, concernent 5 activités : - Activité 1 : Gestion des déchets dangereux, - Activité 2 : Planification et préparation des transports, - Activité 3 : Gestion de la qualité et de la traçabilité de l'ensemble des déchets dangereux, - Activité 4 : Assistance au CEA, - Activité 5 : Suivi du marché. Le marché prévoit 2 options de prolongation: - Option n° 1 : Prolongation des activités 1 à 6 pour 12 mois, - Option n° 2 : Prolongation des activités 1 à 6 pour 12 mois. Il prévoit également la part optionnelle suivante : - Option n° 3 : Dépollution chimique d'un bassin de Station d'EPuration (STEP), - Option n° 4 : Réversibilité entrante (phase de prise en charge / observation) (durée de 3 mois), - Option n° 5 : Réversibilité sortante (phase de fin de marché) (durée de 3 mois), - Option n °6 : Accompagnement supplémentaire au Titulaire N+1 (durée de 1 mois).
