Description

Réalisation d'analyses chimiques sur eau, et sédiment des milieux aquatiques d'eau douce superficielle du bassin hydraulique de la Martinique. Il s'agit d' un accord-cadre conclu avec le seul titulaire. Il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande, dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Il est conclu sans montant minimum, mais avec un montant maximum annuel, conformément à l'article R2162-4 de ce même code. Ce montant maximum annuel est de 500 000euros HT, il constitue la limite supérieure des obligations susceptibles d'être mises à la charge du titulaire par le biais des bons de commande sur un an. Dans ce cadre, le titulaire du marché devra réaliser en laboratoire des analyses chimiques suivant les listes unitaires (paramètres seuls) et les groupes d'analyses listés dans le Cahier des clauses particulières (CCP). Le matériel de prélèvement et de transport des échantillons devra être fourni par le prestataire. Les paramètres concernés découlent de l'arrêté du 26 avril 2022 modifiant l'arrêté du 25 janvier 2010 , de la directive 2008/105/CE, de la directive 2006/118/CE et de l'arrêté du 17/12/2008. Ils sont regroupés dans les onglets du bordereau des prix unitaires (BPU). L'Office De l'Eau pourra commander une analyse seule (paramètre isolé) ou un groupe d'analyses La cellule terrain de l'ODE est en charge de la réalisation des prélèvements. Toutefois, il pourra également être demandé au titulaire du marché de réaliser, occasionnellement, des prélèvements en rivières d'eau et de sédiments. La limite supérieure des obligations susceptibles d'être mises à la charge du titulaire par le biais des bons de commande sur un an est de 500 000euros HT.
