La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure : Appel d'offres ouvert - articles R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à 5 du Code de la commande publique Elle a pour objet d'installer des Nurseries Artificielles Pour des Ports Exemplaires (NAPPEX) à poissons (fourniture, pose et maintenance), ainsi que de réaliser le suivi écologique de cette restauration écologique et la sensibilisation à l'environnement. Les nurseries protègent les post-larves et les jeunes recrues de la prédation, leur permettant ainsi d'atteindre la « taille refuge ». Elles doivent ainsi contribuer efficacement à l'accroissement de la population adulte Accord-cadre à bons de commande Mini : 40 000,00 Euros Maxi : 160 000,00 Euros En valeur en Euros H.T.
