Description

VSIC Improductifs : Le projet VSIC vise à garantir la conformité des branchements non-actifs pour lesquels la livraison du gaz a été interrompue depuis plus de 2 ans à la suite d’une demande de résiliation par un fournisseur à la nouvelle réglementation relative aux installations de gaz des bâtiments d’habitation. L’article 27 de l’arrêté du 23 février 2018 révisé, impose aux branchements résiliés depuis plus de 2 ans : Une condamnation physique de l’Organe de Coupure en position fermée avec un dispositif empêchant sa manœuvre et une obturation à l’amont de la pénétration du logement. Avec en cas d’impossibilité d’obturer à l’extérieur du logement, une sécurisation du branchement par un dispositif empêchant l’accès à l’organe de coupure et une obturation du branchement à l’intérieur du logement. VSIC Inactifs : Marché de dépose de compteurs inactifs. Les prestations de l'activité VSIC Inactifs comprends : - Le traitement des compteurs inactifs - L'Obturation à l’extérieure du branchements pour les compteurs inaccessibles lorsque la configuration le permet - La condamnation mécanique en position fermée de l’OCI Les documents à remettre au titre de la consultation sont : - K-BIS de moins de 3 mois - Le cas échéant copie du ou des jugements prononcés au titre du redressement judiciaire - Attestations de régularité sociale - Attestation de régularité fiscale - Déclaration sur l’honneur d’autorisation de soumissionner - DC1 - DC2 - Pouvoir d’engagement complété et signé - Engagement de confidentialité complété et signé - Assurance de responsabilité civile professionnelle, couvrant les activités professionnelles en rapport avec l’objet de la consultation; - Engagement d’exactitude des réponses complété et signé.
