L‘appel public à candidatures a pour objet de sélectionner les candidats admis à présenter une offre dans le cadre d'une consultation qui donnera lieu à un marché ayant pour objet la fourniture de chlorure ferrique et d'hypochlorite de soude, l'évacuation et la fourniture de WAC HB et de soude. * Procédure de passation Cf article 3-1 du RAPC: La consultation est passée par procédure avec négociation en application des articles R.2124-4 et R.2161-21 à R.2161-23 du code de la commande publique. * Forme du marché Cf article 3-3 du RAPC: La présente consultation donnera lieu à l'établissement d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles et exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande. Le lot 1 ne présente pas de montant minimum et a pour montant annuel maximum 75 000 euros HT. Le lot 2 ne présente pas de montant minimum et a pour montant annuel maximum 20 000 euros HT. * Forme juridique de l'attributaire Cf article 3-4 du RAPC: Aucune forme de groupement n'est imposée par l'entité adjudicatrice Fourniture et livraison de chlorure ferrique
