L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Les prestations à réaliser sont les suivantes : - Le transport, le tri et le conditionnement des emballages ménagers recyclables (hors verre) issus des collectes sélectives en porte-à-porte en mélange. Cette prestation inclut la mise à disposition de bennes à fond mouvant et le traitement des refus de tri ; - Le transport et le conditionnement des cartons collectés en déchèteries vers le centre de tri-conditionnement proposé ; - La reprise des matériaux non pris en charge par les éco-organismes, tels que les journaux-revues-magazines (JRM, catégorie 1.11.00), les papiers hors JRM (« gros de magasin », catégorie 1.02) et des cartons des professionnels (catégorie 1.05.00)
