Le SIVOM Mulhouse Sud Alsace est en extension des consignes de tri à tous les emballages plastiques. Aussi, le gisement à trier comprend l'ensemble des nouvelles résines plastique à savoir les pots et barquettes (PET - PP - PS) et les plastiques souples (FILMS et SACS PE). Les matériaux réceptionnés pour le tri sont issus des collectes suivantes : - En porte-à-porte multi-matériaux (corps plats, corps creux et corps souples), - En apport volontaire multi-matériaux (corps plats, corps creux et corps souples), - En apport volontaire mono-matériaux en déchetterie (papiers et cartons), - En porte-à-porte au centre-ville de Mulhouse (cartons). Le chargement et le transport des refus de tri jusqu'à l'usine d'incinération du SIVOM à SAUSHEIM, la collectivité prenant en charge le coût d'élimination des refus de tri. La commercialisation des matériaux fibreux cellulosiques (papiers et cartons d'emballages), et des emballages métalliques (acier et aluminium) dans le cadre de l'OPTION FEDERATION du barème G de CITEO.
