La présente consultation concerne les prestations suivantes : - La mise à disposition de contenants (location) et maintenance des contenants loués et en propriété des adhérents, - La mise à disposition d’un compacteur monobloc à cartons pour la déchèterie de Péronne Mont-Saint-Quentin, - Le transport des contenants (bennes et compacteurs) vers les exutoires désignés par le SMITOM du Santerre, - La mise à disposition de contenants, transport et traitement des déchets d’amiante-ciment (opération amiante-ciment et collecte permanente Moreuil), - La mise en place d’un système d’optimisation du remplissage des bennes (sera à compléter dans le BPU et à intégrer dans l’application de demande d’enlèvement des bennes) - La prestation de chargement des déchets verts en benne pour la CCALN, - La gestion des bordereaux de suivi, - La mise à disposition d’un terminal numérique par déchèterie du type "smartphone, PAD ou tablette", - La mise à disposition d’une application pour la gestion des enlèvements et de l’optimisation du remplissage des bennes.
