Description

L'objet du présent marché consiste à confier la gestion du haut de quai et la gestion du bas de quais des deux déchetteries Flodanche et Patac. La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Le présent marché est un accord-cadre mono attributaire avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit des maximums suivants : Période initiale ( 24 mois ) : 2 200 000 euro(s) HT reconduction( 24 mois ) : Total maximal : 4 400 000 euro(s) HT Les maximums sont les mêmes pour chaque reconduction
