Description
La société publique locale SPL AMETARRA bénéficie de concession d’aménagement en vertu de Traités de concession conclus avec la Ville d’Ajaccio et la Communauté d'agglomération du pays ajaccien CAPA. Elle intervient également en mandat d’études ou de construction pour le compte de ses deux actionnaires. La présente mission a pour objet la réalisation de missions d’assistance juridique pour l’activité de la SPL en matière de commande publique, droit de l’urbanisme et pour les cessions et valorisation de foncier.
