The platform must automate and optimise the exchange of regulatory forms, namely Work Requests (DT), Declarations of Intent to Commence Works (DICT) and receipts, between network owners and operators, local authorities and companies. The framework agreement with purchase orders runs for an initial period of 1 year from notification, with a maximum value of EUR 60 000 excluding VAT. It may be renewed three times under the same conditions, giving a maximum total duration of 4 years and a maximum combined value of EUR 240 000 excluding VAT.
