Le CEA cherche à faire exécuter de façon pluriannuelle, via un Accord-cadre mono-attributaire, des prestations de maintenance informatique des systèmes industriels pour son site du CEA Le Ripault. Le CEA cherche à faire exécuter de façon pluriannuelle, via un accord-cadre, des prestations de maintenance informatique des systèmes industriels pour son site du CEA Le Ripault. L'accord-cadre envisagé est décomposé en une tranche ferme de 27 mois et trois tranches optionnelles de 12 mois chacune. Les principales missions de l'accord-cadre sont : => la gestion des demandes et des faits techniques, => assurer le MCO préventif et correctif, le MCS et la veille technologique, => le suivi des licences, => la prise en charge du volet informatique de systèmes industriels, => la mise à jour documentaire de la partie informatique d’un système industriel, => la mise de jour de configuration informatique ou logiciel, => la préparation de postes informatique, => effectuer des images système, => valider des PCI/PRI, => suivre et mettre à jour des licences, => prendre en charge des évolution logicielles de supervision ou d’automate.
