La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure : Appel d'offres ouvert articles R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à 5 du Code de la commande publique. La consultation a pour objet : Mandat de gérance d'immeubles relatif à la gestion administrative, technique et logistique de 35 maisons d'habitat social constituant la cité familiale des Chênes Blancs située dans le quartier de l'Ariane à Nice. Les prestations consistent à assurer la gestion des logements sociaux de la cité familiale pour le compte de la ville de Nice et notamment la relation avec les locataires, la perception des loyers pour le compte de la ville, le suivi des impayés et le suivi des travaux. Accord-cadre à bons de commande : Sans Minimum - Maximum : 60 000,00 Euros H.T. Estimation de l'administration HT : 35 520.00 Euros (établie sur une durée de 1 année) Durée (hors reconduction) : 12 mois Nombre de reconductions éventuelles : 3 Début du marché : À la notification du contrat. Le délai d'exécution de chaque prestation est indiqué dans le bon de commande ou le cas échéant dans le C.C.T.P.
