Le présent marché, régi par le présent Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières, porte sur la souscription des contrats d'assurance pour les besoins de la Société Publique Locale (SPL), Tours Evènements. Contexte : Tours Evènements est une société dédiée à l'activité événementielle, qui accueille et organise des manifestations scientifiques, économiques, culturelles, sportives et récréatives, d'envergure locale, nationale et internationale. L'organisation dispose de deux sites distincts, le Palais des Congrès et le Parc Expo, des sites taillés pour tous les types d'événements. L'équipe de Tours Événements, composée de 69 salariés, met ses compétences à disposition des utilisateurs des deux sites pour permettre la conception et la réalisation d'événements variés. La présente consultation a donc pour objet le choix : - Des intermédiaires d'assurances (Agent Général ou Courtier) qui seront chargés du placement du contrat, de leur gestion et du règlement des sinistres, - Ou des sociétés d'assurances mutuelles ou à forme mutuelle sans intermédiaires, qui couvriront les différents risques d'assurances du maître d'ouvrage dans l'exercice de ses fonctions. Ce marché concerne la couverture des risques suivants : - Assurance dommage aux biens, - Assurance responsabilité civile, - Assurance annulation, - Assurance responsabilité civile des mandataires sociaux, - Assurance flotte automobile, - Assurance deux-roues, - Assurance cyber-risques, - Assurance protection de l'image.
