La présente consultation a pour objet de confier une mission de maitrise d'oeuvre pour l'aménagement des terrains d‘accueil des populations du voyage sur le territoire de la Communauté d'agglomération du Pays de Dreux. La Communauté d'agglomération souhaite réaliser l'aménagement des terrains d'accueil des populations du voyage sur son territoire, en déclinaison du SDAHGV, soit la réalisation des terrains suivants : - la création d'une aire de grand passage à Dreux ; - la réhabilitation de l'aire permanente de Vernouillet ; - la création d'une aire de petit passage à Saint-Lubin-des-Joncherets. Le programme de l'opération a été approuvé par délibération du conseil communautaire n°CC2025-026 du 17 mars 2025 et figure en annexe du règlement de consultation. Le marché objet de la consultation sera conclu sous la forme d'un marché composite conclu : - pour partie sous la forme marché ordinaire à prix global et forfaitaire pour partie provisoire s'agissant des missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre (missions témoin et missions complémentaires prévues au marché) pour toutes les tranches ; - pour partie sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans minimum et avec un montant maximum de commande de 30 000 euro(s) HT sur la totalité de la durée du marché
