L'objet de cet accord-cadre et des marchés qui seront conclus sur son fondement porte sur : • des missions de composition urbaine dans le cadre de l’approfondissement du projet d’aménagement, • la constitution des dossiers opérationnels : apporter les éléments nécessaires à la réalisation de l’étude d’impact, contribuer à l’élaboration des dossiers de création et de réalisation de ZAC, • d’assistance à la SPL, la ville de Vitry-sur-Seine et l’EPT à la concertation, • des missions de coordination urbaine, architecturale et paysagère des opérations de constructions (logements, activités, équipements) réalisées sous maîtrise d’ouvrage diverses, suivi du projet urbain d’ensemble, actions de communication, traduction réglementaire et opérationnelle du projet et mise à jour des documents fondateurs. • des missions de maîtrise d’œuvre complète des espaces publics. • Synthèse et coordination concessionnaires. L'objet de cet accord-cadre et des marchés qui seront conclus sur son fondement porte sur des missions d'architecte urbaniste coordonnateur et de maîtrise d'oeuvre des espaces publics
