Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Le présent marché a pour objet la conception, la production, la programmation artistique, l'organisation générale et la communication de la manifestation musicale intitulée : COMMUNE DE MARTIGUES - Organisation du « Summer Festiv'Halle » - Été 2026 Cette manifestation, destinée à tous les publics, se déroulera sur trois soirées consécutives, organisées entre le 20 et le 28 juillet 2026, sur l'Esplanade de la Halle de Martigues. Le titulaire assurera l'ensemble des prestations nécessaires à la réalisation de l'événement, incluant notamment : - la programmation artistique ; - la production des spectacles ; - l'organisation technique, logistique et sécuritaire ; - la communication et la promotion de la manifestation. La programmation devra comprendre : une soirée variété française, une soirée rap et une soirée rock, avec des artistes de renom, femmes et hommes, bénéficiant d'une forte notoriété et popularité auprès du grand public, de niveau national et/ou international. Afin de préserver la singularité et l'attractivité du "Summer Festiv'Halle", le candidat précisera, pour les artistes proposés, les garanties qu'il est en mesure d'apporter quant à la limitation de leur diffusion territoriale et temporelle, notamment en ce qui concerne l'absence de représentations dans un rayon pouvant aller jusqu'à 100 kilomètres autour de la commune de Martigues, sur une période d'un mois avant et un mois après les dates de la manifestation
