A framework agreement executed through purchase orders, with a maximum amount of 1,500,000 euros excluding tax per year. The services aim to reduce the flood vulnerability of existing housing: raising awareness and informing residents about flood risk and protective measures, carrying out vulnerability diagnostics of houses, apartment buildings, annexes and collective properties, proposing suitable mitigation measures and establishing an Individual Safety Plan. The provider also advises and supports owners undertaking works, including quotes and grant applications, communicates with the public through letters, meetings and outreach, and monitors and evaluates the programme. Complementary missions cover a technical-financial arrangement to provide advances, updating diagnostics for municipal buildings, and support with amicable relocation files.
