Description
La Commune de Saint-Chamond souhaite mettre en place un accord-cadre lui permettant de mettre en concurrence la fourniture de ses services de communications électroniques couvrant les prestations suivantes : Services d'interconnexion de sites, Services de connexion Internet, Services de téléphonie Trunk SIP, Services complémentaires associées. Le présent Marché est passé selon la procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert. En application des articles R. 2162-2 alinéa 2, R. 2162-3 et R. 2162-4 du code de la commande publique, la présente consultation aboutira à un accord-cadre mixte, à bons de commandes et à marchés subséquents, mono-attributaire, sans minimum et avec maximum
