Description

Les prestations, objet du présent marché, concernent le contrôle extérieur des travaux de réalisation de la déviation sud-ouest d'Evreux, plus particulièrement les échangeurs des Fayaux et de Cambolle, la bretelle nord du demi-échangeur d'Arnières-sur-Iton, le passage à Faune ainsi que les travaux des 7.3km de section courante et des écrans acoustiques. Il s’agit de réaliser le contrôle des notes de calculs et plans dans le cadre d’une mission VISA avec contrôle de niveau renforcé (V3 au sens SYNTEC). Ce contrôle se fait par rapport aux exigences des CCTP (spécifications et normes applicables) et plans des DCOE travaux et leurs éventuelles modifications en cours de marché.; A l’étape de réalisation des ouvrages géotechniques, la supervision géotechnique d’exécution (G4), réalisée en collaboration avec la maîtrise d’œuvre, comprend deux phases interactives : la phase supervision de l’étude géotechnique d’exécution, qui émet un avis pour le visa donné par la maîtrise d’œuvre, et la phase supervision du suivi géotechnique d’exécution.; Les contrôles portent sur le suivi documentaire, l'identification des matériaux et produits, le contrôle d’exécution et réalisation. Mais les prestations portent également sur les essais des matériaux, et le contrôle des méthodes
