Description

Relance, suite à la déclaration sans suite, de la réalisation du DDT (Dossier de Diagnostic Technique) dans le cas de la vente d'un logement. Le présent lot à pour objet la réalisation du DDT (Dossier de Diagnostic Technique) dans le cas de la vente d'un logement. Le contrat prend la forme d'un accord-cadre à bon de commande fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum avec un opérateur économique. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans minimum et avec le montant maximum suivant: 25 000,00 euro(s) H.T. annuel. Le contrat est conclu pour une période initiale de 12 mois à compter du 1er janvier 2026. Le contrat peut être reconduit par période successive de 1 an pour une durée maximale de reconduction de 3 ans. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières.
