Description

La présente consultation a pour objet la fourniture, l'installation et le raccordement des équipements audiovisuels dans le cadre de la construction du nouveau siège administratif de Deux-Sèvres Habitat au 270 avenue de La Rochelle à Niort (79000). Les prestations comprennent également une formation des utilisateurs ainsi qu'une période de maintenance et de support. La description des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (C.C.T.P.). Le marché prend effet à compter de sa notification. Le titulaire dispose d'un délai d'un mois à compter de la notification de l'ordre de service ordonnant le démarrage des prestations pour fournir et installer les matériels. Les formations à l'utilisation des matériels devront être achevées dans un délai de quinze jours calendaires à compter de l'admission des prestations d'installation des matériels. Le contrat prévoit des prestations de maintenance et de support conclu pour une durée de 2 ans à compter de l'admission des prestations d'installation des matériels. Date prévisionnelle de démarrage des prestations : le 01/02/2027
