Description

La présente consultation concerne l'étude de réhabilitation de l'ouvrage franchissant les voies SNCF sur la RD32, commune de Vierzon. Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. La durée globale du marché est de 72 mois à compter de la date de l'ordre de service prescrivant le début d'exécution de la tranche ferme. Le délai d'exécution de chaque tranche est fixé dans le CCAP. Ces délais partent, pour chaque tranche, à compter de la date fixée par l'ordre de service prescrivant de commencer l'exécution des prestations lui incombant. Le délai limite de notification de l'ordre de service prescrivant de commencer les prestations d'une tranche optionnelle court à compter du début d'exécution de la tranche ferme. Le marché prévoit des prestations similaires. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires
