Le présent avis vise la mise en place d’un accord cadre, à marchés subséquents, multi-attributaires pour le lot 1, à bons de commande, mono attibutaire pour le lot 2, sans montant minimum et avec un maximum de 13 370 000 € HT. Cet accord-cadre a pour objet la mise à disposition d’un centre de compétences pour la maîtrise d’œuvre de projets de systèmes ferroviaires portés par la RATP, pour les métiers « signalisation ferroviaire », « échange voyageur » et « systèmes d’aide à l’exploitation ». Les prestations sont réparties en deux lots distincts : _ Lot 1 : Mise à disposition d’un centre de compétences pour la maîtrise d’œuvre de projets de systèmes ferroviaires pour l’entité ESE (Équipements du Système d’Exploitation) Ce lot a pour objet la mise à disposition d’un centre de compétences pour la maîtrise d’œuvre des projets en lien avec l’entité ESE, attribué à 3 Titulaires. Les prestations feront l’objet d’une remise en concurrence à survenance de besoin. _ Lot 2 : Mise à disposition d’un centre de compétences pour la maîtrise d’œuvre de projets de systèmes ferroviaires pour l’entité SIG (Signalisation Ferroviaire) Ce lot a pour objet la mise à disposition d’un centre de compétences pour la maîtrise d’œuvre des projets en lien avec l’entité SIG attribué, à 1 Titulaire. Le montant maximum correspond aux charges prévisionnelles indiquées ci-après : Lot 1 - ESE : 18 ETP par an soit environ 3924 jours, selon les besoins opérationnels. Lot 2 - SIG : 8 ETP par an soit environ 1800 jours, selon les besoins opérationnels. Les charges sont données à titre indicatif et n'engagent pas la RATP. Le détail des prestations à réaliser par le Titulaire sont spécifiées dans le cahier des charges (cf. Pièce 2 de l’accord-cadre). La date prévisionnelle de démarrage des prestations est prévue au mois de septembre 2026. Les charges sont données à titre indicatif et n'engagent pas la RATP. Le détail des prestations à réaliser par le Titulaire sont spécifiées dans le cahier des charges (cf.
