Description

Le présent marché a pour objet une mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour le réaménagement de l'ancienne carrière de Boissise-la-Bertrand (77350). Les éléments de mission demandés sont les suivants : AVP : Etudes d'avant-projet PRO : Etudes de projet AMT : Assistance pour la passation des marchés publics de travaux VISA : Visa des études d'exécution et de synthèse des entreprises DET : Direction de l'exécution des contrats de travaux OPC : Ordonnancement, pilotage et coordination AOR : Assistance aux opérations de réception La consultation est passée par procédure adaptée en application des articles L.2123-1 et R.2123-1 du code de la commande publique. Le contrat constitue également un accord-cadre à bons de commande, au sens des dispositions des articles R2125-1, R2162-2, R2162-4, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du code de la commande publique, en ce qui concerne la commande de prestations complémentaires à prix unitaires (bordereau des prix unitaires). Sur la base des prix indiqués au Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU) : - Pas de montant minimum, - Montant maximum de 30 000 euro(s) HT pour la durée totale du marché. Il est passé en marché global car la dévolution en lots séparés ne permet pas l'identification de prestations distinctes conformément à l'article L.2113-10 du Code de la Commande Publique. La description des prestations, leurs spécifications techniques et leurs localisations sont indiquées dans le programme. Le montant estimatif des travaux est fixé à 1 950 000 euro(s) HT (y compris aléas)
