Le marché à tranches sera conclu en application des articles R. 2113-4 à R. 2113-6 du Code de la commande publique Il comporte 3 phases de travaux : - Phase 1 : o Réhabilitation des clarificateurs. Mise en place de vannes d'isolement o Production d'eau industrielle - Phase 2 : o Création d'un bâtiment en entrée de filière pour le prétraitement des effluents et pour l'atelier de réception des matières de vidange et de curageu o Démolition/démantèlement des ouvrages abandonnés - Phase 3 : o Intégration d'un procédé de densification des boues et renouvellement des dégrilleurs fins o Renouvellement des équipements de production d'air process o Réhabilitation du génie civil du biomaster o Création d'un ouvrage à proximité des DDC et du biomaster, dédié au lavage des sables et à l'aération o Sécurisation de l'ouvrage de décailloutage et de dégrillage provisoire dans le déversoir ex-terne (DO ext) o Construction d'un nouveau bâtiment de stockage de matériel La durée des travaux (mission DET) incluant également les missions VISA et AOR sera la suivante : - Phase 1 : 10 mois - Phase 2 : 14 mois - Phase 3 : 14 mois pas de variante autorisée
