Consultation passée en application des articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 etR.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Pour une durée initiale allant, au plus tôt de la date d'émission de l'ordre de service ordonnant le début d'exécution des prestations, ou au plus tard du 23/08/2027, jusqu'au 31/12/2027. Il est ensuite tacitement reconductible une fois 24 mois (du 01/01/2028 au 31/12/2029) dans les conditions prévues au CCP. Il est conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum par période (1 105 000 euro(s) H.T maximum pour la première période et 1 895 000 euro(s) H.T. maximum pour la seconde période). Soit 3 000 000 euro(s) H.T. maximum pour la durée totale de l'accord-cadre. L'accord-cadre est mono-attributaire. L'accord-cadre est conclu sur prix unitaires, révisables selon les dispositions prévues au CCP. Les variantes libres (à l'initiative du candidat) constituant une alternative de toute nature au dossier de consultation ainsi que celles constituant une prestation supplémentaire sont interdites.
