L'objet de la présente consultation est l'étude prospective de remise à niveau de lignes SNCF. L'objectif général de l'étude est la définition d'un programme de travaux de remise en état. L'objet de la consultation est l'étude prospective de remise à niveau des lignes SNCF Aubrac (Béziers-Neussargues-Arvant) et Cévenol (Nîmes-Issoire). L'objectif général de l'étude est la définition d'un programme de travaux de remise en état des lignes Aubrac et cévenol, incluant une chronique des investissements. Trois scénarios seront étudiés sur l'ensemble du périmètre d'étude : Scénario minimal : « Pérennité de la ligne à 10 ans » ; Scénario intermédiaire : « Pérennité de la ligne à 20 ans » ; Scénario maximal : « Pérennité de la ligne à 30 ans ». La durée de la mission est de 6 mois et démarrera lors de la réunion de lancement. La mission est décomposée 3 phases : • Phase 1 : Prise de connaissance des données d'entrée : 1 mois ; • Phase 2 : Diagnostic de l'existant : 2 mois ; ▪ Phase 3 : Définition des programmes de remise à niveau des lignes : 3 mois. L'ensemble des éléments nécessaires à la compréhension du besoin est détaillé dans le CCTP.
