Description

Les différentes prestations d’un projet pouvant être confiées sont : • la planification de projets ; • les analyses de risques de projets ; • les Plans de Management de Projet (PMP) ; • les Retours d’Expériences (REX) ; • l’archivage des documents projets sous la GED (tranche optionnelle). Le marché a pour objectif la réalisation de prestations d’assistance opérationnelle au pilotage de projets, en appui direct et de proximité des équipes projets, sur Lyon (69), Chambéry (73) et Clermont-Ferrand (63). Les différentes prestations d’un projet pouvant être confiées sont : • la planification de projets ; • les analyses de risques de projets ; • les Plans de Management de Projet (PMP) ; • les Retours d’Expériences (REX) ; • l’archivage des documents projets sous la GED.
