Etudes et investigations préalables nécessaires au projet de mise en séparatif des réseaux d'assainissement de diverses rues de la commune de Jouarre, pour les besoins de la Communauté d'Agglomération Coulommiers Pays de Brie. Les prestations sont détaillées dans le CCTP. Elles ont pour objet de fournir au maître d'ouvrage et au maître d'oeuvre les données topographiques, géotechniques, parcellaires, domaniales, structurelles, géoréférencées et environnementales nécessaires à la conception du projet. Marché décomposé en 7 lots techniques. Les prestations comprennent les études topographiques, les études géotechniques, les enquêtes parcellaires et domiciliaires, les contrôles de branchements, les prestations de curage et d'inspections télévisées, la détection et le géoréférencement des réseaux enterrés, les investigations géoradar ainsi que les diagnostics amiante, HAP Établissement des fonds de plan, cotes, affleurants et éléments nécessaires à la conception; jusqu'à G2 PRO et analyses environnementales associées aux sondages : caractérisation des sols, eaux, terrassements, blindages, risques géotechniques et, le cas échéant, des déblais; Identification des propriétaires, accès, branchements EU/EP et situations incompatibles avec le futur séparatif; Connaissance de l'état structurel et fonctionnel des collecteurs, branchements, regards et ouvrages annexes; Localisation et classification des réseaux existants pour sécuriser les études et les travaux; Identification des anomalies souterraines et zones à risque; Caractérisation des enrobés, conduites, matériaux spécifiques avant travaux
