Le présent accord-cadre concerne les prestations de maîtrise d'oeuvre relatives à des opérations de constructions neuves pour tout ouvrage de production, incluant : - Les points de captage, - Les stations d'alerte, - Les installations de traitement, - Les ouvrages de relèvement et de stockage, - Les stations de pompage, - Les réservoirs de stockage et de mise en pression, - Les unités de déchloration/rechloration en réseau, etc. Le périmètre des travaux sera adapté aux caractéristiques de chaque opération et pourra porter sur : - Des travaux de génie civil, second oeuvre et VRD, à savoir : o Les travaux et interventions sur l'enveloppe extérieure (façades, parois, toitures…), o La structure porteuse (y compris son système de fondations), o Le second oeuvre et les équipements associés, o Les étanchéités intérieures et de toitures, l'aménagement intérieur (partition, cloisonnement…), o Les aménagements extérieurs (voiries, espaces verts, clôtures et portails…) et toutes sujétions associées. - Des travaux d'équipements et dispositifs intégrés à l'opération et au bâtiment proprement dit de l'ouvrage, nécessaires aux fonctionnalités et exigences du service de l'eau potable et de locaux industriels, à savoir : o Les travaux hydrauliques, o D'électromécanique, o De génie chimique, o D'instrumentation, o D'électricité industrielle, o D'automatismes et d'informatique industrielle, o De sûreté, o De manutention, o Et toutes sujétions associées. Les ouvrages pourront être situés sur l'ensemble du territoire du maître d'ouvrage. La durée de réalisation des travaux est relativement variable et fonction du phasage spécifique de chaque projet (d'un an à plusieurs années). Les plannings d'exécution sont fortement conditionnés par les interactions avec les contraintes d'exploitation et entre les opérations elles-mêmes pouvant impacter le fonctionnement des ouvrages. La collectivité se réserve la possibilité d'assurer certains chantiers avec une maîtrise d'oeuvre interne
