Description

Le Contrat a pour objet de confier l'exploitation de l'UVE de Pithiviers à un DELEGATAIRE. Le contrat confie au DELEGATAIRE, à ses risques et périls, une mission globale de traitement des déchets ménagers et assimilés non dangereux, dans la limite des capacités de l'installation, conformément aux prescriptions réglementaires et dans le respect total des arrêtés préfectoraux. Il est également responsable de la valorisation énergétique (chaleur et électricité), ainsi que la gestion des sous-produits issus de l'incinération. Le DÉLÉGATAIRE mobilise les moyens humains et techniques nécessaires à l'exécution du service, conformément aux principes de continuité, d'adaptabilité et d'égalité d'accès au service public. La nature et le détail des prestations déléguées et des obligations respectives de l'AUTORITE DELEGANTE et de son DELEGATAIRE ainsi que les moyens mis à la disposition de ce dernier sont précisés dans les pièces du DCE
