Description

la procédure de passation utilisée est la procédure adaptée ouverte. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 1° du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Le montant maximum pour les deux lots, sur toute la durée de l'accord-cadre, est de 210 000 euro(s) HT. Commune de Villefontaine : montant maximum total du lot 1 de 105 000 euro(s) HT / montant maximum total du lot 2 de 45 000 euro(s) HT CCAS de Villefontaine : montant maximum total du lot 1 de 45 000 euro(s) HT / montant maximum total du lot 2 de 15 000 euro(s) HT La durée de la période initiale de l'accord-cadre est de 1 an, reconductible 2 fois 1 an Flyers - Affiches - Brochures - Cartes - Invitations - Dépliants - Billetterie - Magazine municipal; Panneaux - Roll-up
