The tool will support TE07's work with the 335 municipalities of the Ardèche department, serving both its role as a network operator and its role as a driver of the energy transition. The supplier will provide a high-performing, scalable and shared business tool intended to improve case management and tracking, simplify daily work for internal users, improve communication with external partners such as municipalities, companies and State services, give elected officials and decision-makers decision-support tools, strengthen document management and archiving, ensure regulatory compliance and data security, and improve the ergonomics and accessibility of the tool.
