La présente consultation a pour objet de fournir aux personnes prises en charge par le service hébergement d'urgence du CCAS de Grenoble, un hébergement hôtelier qui comprend l'information sur les disponibilités, la fourniture de nuitées hôtelières aux personnes en situation d'exclusion, ainsi qu'un service de réception. Il s'agit plus particulièrement de la relance du lot 02 Résidences hôtelière. Ce lot est pluri-attributaires, plusieurs titulaires seront désignés et se verront attribuer les bons de commande au fur et à mesure des besoins en fonction des modalités définies dans le CCAP afin de faire face aux demandes nombreuses et concomitantes du CCAS. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le montant maximum est de 800 000 euro(s) HT pour la durée totale du marché. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les options (prestations similaires et reconductions) ainsi que la totalité des périodes de reconduction
