Description

Le présent marché a pour objet de déterminer les conditions et les modalités d'exécution d'une prestation de réservation et de gestion des nuitées hôtelières à caractère social qui serait confiée à un organisme de gestion. Il intervient en corollaire d'un marché d'achat de nuitées hôtelières visant à constituer le vivier d'hôtels référencés et de nuitées mobilisables par l'organisme de gestion. Il est également attendu dans la prestation le contrôle de conformité et de qualité des établissements hôteliers. Il assurera un rôle de facilitation entre les bénéficiaires de la mise à l'abri et les hôteliers, le cas échéant, notamment par l'envoi de sms aux nouveaux bénéficiaires afin de les informer des coordonnées de l'établissement hôtelier affecté. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande, et réglé par des prix unitaires. Il est conclu pour une période initiale d'un an, à compter du 01/01/2026 ou de la date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure. Le marché est renouvelable 3 fois dans les conditions fixées au cahier des clauses particulières. Le montant cumulé annuel des prestations susceptibles d'être commandées est de maximum 160 000 euro(s) HT. Ce montant sera identique en cas de reconduction
