Procédure restreinte, sans limitation du nombre de candidat Les attentes de la Collectivité et les obligations du Concessionnaire portent, dans le cadre général, sur : - La prise en charge et l'exploitation des équipements du service ; - La gestion administrative et financière des équipements (y compris élaboration des règlements et conventions) ; - La mise en place de la billetterie (tickets d'entrée, cartes d'abonnements etc…) ; - La perception des recettes auprès des usagers ; - L'accueil du public, la promotion, l'information aux usagers, la commercialisation et le développement commercial des équipements ; - L'accueil des établissements scolaires selon les conditions minimales définies par la Communauté de Communes ; - L'accueil des associations et autres institutions utilisatrices selon les conditions minimales définies par la Communauté de communes ; - La sécurité des installations et des usagers ; - Le respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité et l'ensemble des contrôles techniques réglementaires nécessaires ; - Le parfait état de propreté des ouvrages, installations et biens confiés ; - L'entretien général, la maintenance courante et le renouvellement des ouvrages, installations et biens confiés ; - Le développement des activités ; - Une qualité de service dans toutes les missions dont le concessionnaire devra rendre compte à la Communauté de Communes ; - La fourniture des rapports d'activité et bilans réglementaires.
