Description

Colmar Agglomération a souhaité confier l'aménagement, l'exploitation, l'entretien, la maintenance et le développement de l'Aérodrome à un Concessionnaire de service public, à charge pour ce dernier de mettre à disposition des usagers, toutes les infrastructures et les installations nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l'Aérodrome et de facto de l'activité. Les principales missions du Concessionnaire porteront sur : L'exploitation, l'entretien et la maintenance de l'aérodrome de Colmar-Houssen ; Le développement du trafic et des services. Pour cela, il incombera notamment aux candidats de proposer un programme d'investissements permettant d'atteindre cet objectif et de mettre les moyens techniques et humains adéquats. L'exploitation et la gestion de l'aérodrome comprendront notamment : Le développement du trafic (aviation d'affaires, sécurité civile, aviation commerciale, aviation sportive et loisirs) et des infrastructures de service de l'aérodrome ; La promotion de l'aérodrome auprès des entreprises locales et nationales ; L'accompagnement des basés ; L'inspection l'entretien et la réparation et de l'aérodrome ; Les travaux d'investissements de l'aérodrome ; La sécurité, la sûreté et l'assistance de l'aérodrome ; La tenue d'un système documentaire des ouvrages relatifs à la gestion de l'aérodrome. Le concessionnaire est responsable du bon fonctionnement du service et l'exploite à ses risques et périls de manière continue. La valeur estimée de la Concession lors de son lancement était de 18 000 000 euro(s)
