Description

La présente consultation concerne le lot 1 « Reprise des dossiers réglementaires » dans le cadre des études préalables à un nouveau captage d'eau dans la Meurthe (mise à jour des dossiers d'autorisations administratives). La procédure de passation utilisée est la procédure avec négociation (PAN). Elle est soumise aux dispositions articles L. 2124-3, R. 2124-4 et R. 2161-21 à R. 2161-23 du Code de la commande publique. Le lot 1 fait l’objet d’un marché mixte qui se décompose comme suit : - Une partie des prestations sous forme de marché ordinaire à prix global et forfaitaire, sur la base d’une Décomposition du Prix Global et Forfaitaire (DPGF) ; - Une partie des prestations concernant des prestations ponctuelles, s’exécutant selon la technique d’achat de l'accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande avec montant maximum en application des dispositions des articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 à R. 2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique., sur la base d’un Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU). Le montant maximal pour la partie accord-cadre sera de 100 000,00 € HT pour la durée totale du marché.
